Search Lot Numbers in Lot Trace Inquiry
The Lot Trace Inquiry screen has been enhanced with the addition of a “contains” filter on the lot number column in the left pane. This allows users to locate the desired lot number more efficiently.
Planned Orders Import
Planned Orders Import is a new feature that populates the Vicinity Planned Orders table directly from an Excel spreadsheet. The import tool can also be used to update existing Planned Orders by exporting an Excel file that can be updated and then reimported into Vicinity
Production Calendar and Schedule Enhancements
The Production Calendar and Production Schedule have both been enhanced with the addition of a Filter box. The Filter is applied to the Component ID, Component Description, Formula ID, Formula Description and Planned Order/Batch Number.
Batch Entry Transactions Section Enhancements
The Transactions section of Batch Entry has been enhanced with a searchable view option that displays a flattened transaction hierarchy allowing the user to filter records based on specific criteria (e.g. Component ID, Date, Lot Number, etc.). This flattened view of the data allows the user to see the bin and lot details without having to expand the transaction record.
