Implementation and Training
We take a hands-on approach to implementation. We also provide training to our clients so they know how to use our software system long after the implementation phase is complete. Our trainers and consultants work directly with you and your team to ensure VicinityChem is properly set up to meet the needs of your business, and they make sure you and your team are comfortable using our system. Each account has a dedicated project manager who will help you through the process.
Ongoing Support

All of our customers also have access to our client-only portal, which includes training videos, how-to articles, user guides, walk-throughs, and overviews. There is also an active forum where VicinityChem users can connect with one another, ask questions, and share best practices.
Every year, Vicinity Solutions holds FOCUS, a formula-based manufacturing software event. This event brings Vicinity Software users, Vicinity Software team members, and industry experts together to learn from one another.
